Blend of Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, and Sylvaner. Aromatic (citrus, apple, floral) and well balanced off dry, crisp, light body. Flavorful, medium finish, with a balance of simple flavors: lemon, apple, grape, a hint of chalk and perhaps rosemary?
One of my go-to Alsace wines. Alone or with cheese fondue. Very enjoyable.
