Hunnicutt/DR stephens club tasting in walnut creek
Both this cuvee and kenefick cab haven't been released. The 2015 cuvee is the usual right bank blend with farella merlot and kenefick cab, but this year it has some malbec. Love it's richness of dark fruit. Always one of my favorites from hunnicutt. The 2014 kenefick was redder and drier. Nice complexity but not as tannic as last 2 years. This is a wine I'd drink in the next few years where the DR stephens i would wait for a few years at least.
