A world class olive oil producer in Istra is now trying his hand at red wine. This merlot - refroška blend is superb!!! Smooth as a silk; light fruit/light tannins with a touch of acidity. A perfect start to any meal. Even better on its own IMHO. A top 3 red in my collection; and will remain so for a while.
