A methode champenoise from central Mexico, owned by Freixenet. Flavors of musky seaweed and spoiling pears. I had to try it though, since it's BTG at our resort.

Barely drinkable. Early on with notes of spoiled sweet fruit, better finish, long cough syrup aftertaste. Minimal carbonation. I asked if this bottle was spoiled and was told that it was in perfect condition.
