Floral nose. Lavender? Jasmine. It’s hidden and hard to discern with a sour dough/lemon like tartness. Honeydew and honey taste. Crisp tart pear. Some oak to finish.

Aged beautifully. More honeyed and rich at this point than sweet, it opens up to some fleshy nectarine & apricot notes. The petrol nose gives way to similar stone fruit & this is all knit together beautifully with a shimmering acid backbone whose brightness makes me believe that this has plenty of life still. Haunting Riesling.
