When I opened this bottle it totally threw me. After about 15 minutes I pumped it and went to the shop to grab some Bordeaux. When I came back the next day I was more prepared, and really enjoyed it. Super fleshy, some nice animal spice and smoke. More Beaujolais than Aussie shiraz but very enjoyable nonetheless.

Not my favourite from Jauma, their Chardonnay is to die for. Beautiful bouquet that is let down by massive acidity that overpowers everything. Gets more drinkable after a few hours of opening
