Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Lucien Albrecht pioneered Crémant production in 1971 and helped gain an Appellation Contrôlêe for the wine and for Alsace. Pale Salmon, fine bubbles with a light creamy mousse and aromas of fresh red fruit with yeasty notes. On the palate ripe strawberry flavors, bright acidity, dry with mineral tones. Medium finish with good balance ending with fruit, mineral and yeast tang. Excellent value as a Champagne alternative!

Consistent and good. Nice balance of fruit and acid flavors. Touch of strawberry and very slight raspberry.
