Raspberry, underripe strawberries, lavender, iron, white pepper, game. Lively yet soft acid, barely noticeable smooth tannins, light bodied, silky texture, juicy-slight peppery finish. Highly aromatic, serve with a slight chill. Pairs well with halibut and squab. Excellent vintage for Beaujolais.
