Quite reductive at first with lots of sulfury aromas, but develops into classic carbonic notes of Sweet Tarts and cherries with a touch of brett. Quite light on the palate with similar notes to the nose. Soft acidity and tannins make it quite drinkable.
Very gamay-esque character with the structure of a typical red from Jura. Gulpable.
