Simply brilliant, fresh, intense, complex, vibrant deep bruised apple, mineral/salty notes, yeasty/brioche, zero dosage yet ripe, voluptuous, and generous.

Pretty creamy and lively. Great silky texture to it and certainly with plenty of verve and freshness. And Kiwis paid for it which made it that much better :)

Probably the best Cremant du Jura I've had. Clean, crisp entry with a more complex and rich Chardonnay finish.
