Initially reductive (little stinker) but with a bit of air opened into a vibrant aromatic nose. Black peeper, sage, olives and cherries came to mind. Great match with pidgin and a red meats served rare. Drink now (decant a few times) till 2022

Reduction upon opening, then pure ethereal slightly dusty fruit. Aroma like drier sheets in a good way, tons of freshness, and the slightest hint of olive. Gorgeous. (I think it is 2014 but I'm not sure -- label states 11,2% ABV).

Stökigaste vinet jag nånsin doftat. Djurhållning i form av gris, som det kan lukta längs landsvägarna på Gotland. Lätt och läskande, mkt syrliga hallon, nyplockade surkörsbär, röda vinbär och grus. Minimalt motstånd, drickglädje! Balkongvin.
