Some good but subtle smoky, earthy flavors (is that mushroom?), pretty tannic. Wine guy said this was a solid entry-level burgundy that could be drunk young, but I'm still getting some bitterness from the alcohol. Might still need a little time to age? Better after I decanted and let it sit for 30 minutes or so.
