Oct 9th, 2016Wet and earthy on the nose with dark fruits and figs. Light fruit on mid palate with a slight tannic finish not your typical cab goes well with aged cheddar.

Sep 7th, 2016Barnyard styled wine with a nose of manure, dark cherries, animal blood, wet cement, and swisher sweet cigars. Has a tight palate with somewhat a metallic finish and angular body. It comes in hot and leaves even a tingling sensation in your entire mouth. Seems somewhat disjointed overall, but the aromatics and appealing acidity save this wine! Letting this sit out over night and giving it another try tomorrow. Cheers!
