May 3rd, 2018This was a trip. Extremely reductive upon opening, needed so much aeration. Unfolded however, deep red fruit, cured meat, warm spices, herbs, rustic yet exceedingly drinkable.

Cycling, prosciutto, olives, wine, futbol, the Canary Islands, Paco de Lucia, Andrés Segovia, Charo, Seinfeld’s episode about the third tenor...”The Other Guy”. About to have some spicy bruschetta, then eat some pizza while listening to The New Gems.
