This bottle constantly evolved over the 36 hours I enjoyed it, from earthy to fruity to spicy/ herbal and back to the earthy spectrum. When the glass was empty, it literally smelled like someone had poured in crushed up dried leaves and twigs. Black cherries, cranberry, and cinnamon stick, medium bodied with a lingering (40 secs) finish. $40

Nov 26th, 2019Almost as delicious as before, but my enjoyability of it was less this time. Maybe the pairing was worse? Would still order again, but be more mindful of the pairing.

Oct 19th, 2019Seriously the best Pinot I’ve ever had so far. The smell is phenomenal, and this paired excellently with the truffle butter/salmon.
