50% Syrah 35% Merlot 15% Malbec. Deep purple red. Cherry, black currant, olive, black pepper and herbal notes in nose. Cherry and black currant flavors in mouth, blackberry and black pepper finish with moderate seed tannin bitterness. Moderate-to-heavy skin astringency in center of tongue in aftertaste; better to decant this one a couple of hours, even overnight. Nice value in a supermarket cheapie

Light tanin balances what should be overly sweet but isn't. Grains of paradise and dark plums are the base flavours with something floral and more berry over the top.

Not too sweet or tannin-y. Great for sippin.
