smells like a picnic on the beach. floral, peachy, lightly tropical. white flowers, honey, citrus, unripe white peach. good amount of acid but balanced by the other flavors. has a zing to it but not obnoxious. good outdoor wine, too bad it’s january in chicago. 🤷♀️ side note this was the last in stock so i got it for $11 at binny’s. bonkers.

Extended skin contact gives it that beautiful, almost rosé color. Killed it with some sautéed onion, eggplant, and chickpeas.

A rose colored Pinot Gris?!?! Now I've seen everything. I guess pigs fly and Gris can taste like peaches, strawberries, cotton candy, lychee, gooseberry and pink grapefruit and tangerines... basically all over the place with berries, citrus, carnie treat, stone fruit and tropical notes.
This wine benefits from the kind of skin contact I wish I had with Tawny Kitaen.

This is becoming a new favorite. The best of orange/rosé wine out there. Salmon color, bright acid but deep almost dried fruit aroma and bouncy full palette.
