Bourgogne-Aligoté

My first Aligoté; clear medium golden yellow color; sweet nose full of red citrus, floral notes, oak and prominent minerality; fairly high acids and red citrus fruits like tangerine; could be mistaken for a California chardonnay.

Lemon yellow with green. Not so ripened. Aroma: Oak, vanilla, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, almond. quite high viscosity, taste: fresh, acidity is spreading into lower part of my tongue. Minerals, salty. Creamy. 21 @2112, AD, 240601

As expected rather simple, but good for what it is. Fresh and primary aromas of lemon, green apples, pears and grapefruit with a slight minerality in the background. Palate is light with a quick appearing toffee like viscosity bringing some character

Hard & juicy apples and high on acid; incredible value as bang for buck goes. My first Aligoté ever, it’s like an Austrian Riesling fattened on gravy.

Persika, gul frukt. Härlig syra och lagom längd.
