I am a-liking this Etna Bianco from Carricante/Catarratto; pale straw and quite hazy (unfiltered); nose of lemonlime, white peach, green apple and green herbs; palate is taut and salty, with some nutty smokiness (tempted to say volcanic, but who knows); medium, clean finish—food-craving.
