Joseph Drouhin
Chorey-les-Beaune Pinot Noir

Nov 30th, 2020The tannins are strong with this one, as a sour cherry tartness dominates the finish. I could’ve used a little more earthy funk but there was a solid undercurrent of dried herbs after it opened up. A good burgundy for the price, with a beautiful, light color.
