The wine was medium lemon in colour and offered floral notes, red apple, pear, toast, butter, rubber and a hint of flintstone on the nose. On the palate the wine showed ripe lemon, red apple, underripe tangerine, apricot, brioche, butter, vanilla and chalk, paired with medium to medium-plus acidity and very good length. The wine seemed young; the oak was quite present on the nose and palate, though not overbearing. A good Côte de Beaune blanc that should age comparatively well. Start drinking in 2015. 87
