Still very youthful & structured that needs a few more years showing red & black fruits, earth, mineral, spice & violet.

Last bottle of case bought 7 years ago... ready to drink, wont get any better, but might last another decade or so. Classic Griottes with all the roses, violets and cherry with polished tannins and a dusty finish that is an invitation for a diner with friends.

Just starting to show some secondary notes. Dark cherry fruits, earth, mineral, violets & baking spices. Full bodied, structured, would wait a few more years before opening another btl.

Time for contemplation. Slight bricking. Complex nose of cherry, spice and dirt. Flavors of dried cherry, leather and truffles. Smooth tannins and a long, long finish. Terrific with lamb rack/lamb sausage. Worth the wait.
