Oh wow is what I said when I initially sniffed this. Huge Barbera fruit. Red and blue and black berries. Gorgeous spice. So fine and so nuanced. Just a tremendous nose. Shows the potential of 19. Wow, what balance, juiciness and purity. Perfect balance. Nice and grippy tannins that frame the fruit perfectly. Great concentration, depth and freshness. Such a great Barbera and also something I think will age for 5-7 years.
