Blackberry truffle dark chocolate mousse sucked through a black licorice straw. This is my overall interpretation of this wine. At 2010, this one has seemed to age what seems to be one year (maybe?). This wine still has quite a bit of acidity in the middle and finish, and still quite a bit more tannin than I was expecting. Still, this is an immense cab that smells of mountain fruit from the start and takes no prisoners. I thought this one was going to be close to a pop and pour....maybe I need to drink the 2005's instead?
