Lightly sparkly. Very refreshing. Drink very cold. Great taste of citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and green apple. A perfect Riesling like wine. Perfect fruity balance which makes the wine very easy to drink (danger). Great for summer. Found in a rarewine store in le marais Paris. Very hard to find.
