Wild blackberries, licorice, and black currant. A classic, textbook California cabaret from the SC mountains. Even at 4 years old, it was surprisingly smooth after 30 minutes of decanting. A long, structured finish and a nose that permeated the table 18 inches away. A total masterpiece!

Actually really great. Eucalyptus, pretty lean all things considered. Great California cab.

Big cab, acidic, tannins, lots of blackfruit. Needs a few more years in the cellar of course!
