For me, this wine had the right amount of acidity & tannins, hence making for a dry & smooth finish. It’s always great to enjoy Italian mountain wine when the weather is cold & crisp. Per me a San Valentino il vino migliore è un bel Merlot caldo e vellutato. Ad ogni modo il Lagrein di St. Michael Eppan non sbaglia, è un Lagrein da manuale. Forte, amaro e lungo.
