San Bernabe Vineyard Malvasia Bianca
Best version of this grape I've ever had. Flowery lychee nose, and stone fruit, maybe a touch of mushroom. Good acid, great moderate texture/ alc. bone dry, nicely spiced too.

Honeysuckle and citrus with a hint of passionfruit, on a bed of subtle minerality. Slightly viscous, medium mouthfeel, yet crisp and refreshing, zingy finish. Such a lovely white wine! So easy to sip :)
