Keush
Origins Méthode Traditionelle Brut Sparkling Blend
It is remarkably sharp and fresh with a strong stewed-sour-patch-kids-on-toast in a good way note. It is unique, toothsome, and savory, but it has a swatch of candied lemon running through it, finishing bitter but with a streak of sweet citrus. What a steal this is.

Feb 17th, 2024First Armenian wine I’ve had. Dead ringer for a quality entry level NV champagne. Showed some rounder stone fruit notes. But quite the quality for the price.

May 17th, 2018I don’t always drink Armenian sparkling wine, but when I do, its Keush (my first Armenian wine). Ungrafted, old vine (100+), limestone & volcanic, 60% Khatoun Kharji 40% Voskehat, 12.5% ABV. Good food wine, notes of yeast and lemon.

Jul 17th, 2022Mineral driven Armenian Bubbly! Blend of Khartoun Kharji (70%) and Voskehat (30%) sourced from extremely high elevation vineyards. Aromas and flavors of white flowers, minerals and apricot. Ripe, rich and nicely textured. Well balanced. Excellent QPR. Thanks so much, Kase!

Jun 19th, 2022Third go-round with this friend. First time was a real blast, second time felt like a miss. In the end, it’s really solid.

Sep 18th, 2020The Bubble Keush, but I didn’t grab it from the wheel well of my DeVille. 40% Khatouni and 60% Voskehat from high ground in Armenia. My first from within its borders and it’s very, very good. You would assume this was a mid-level champagne on the creamy end of the spectrum.
