Absolute steal for a liter of crisp, dry Riesling. Restrained nose of Granny Smith apples leads to a bright, fresh palate of riverbed minerals and glimpses of lime peel. The extreme brightness on the palate can read as effervescence, I've also had bottles that were as fizzy as vinho verde (not a bad thing). Drink now and pair with Thai or mussels.
