This is the “Anjae” Cabernet. It was opened 24 hours and double decanted before consumption. Obviously way to early but wanted to was anxious to check it out. It’s an excellent wine and can’t wait to try it again down the road. The grapes for this wine come from the Sleeping Lady Vineyard.
