This is one intense white. Nose has a wallop of sweet minerality along with pear/Golden Delicious apple fruit. The flavor concentration in the mouth is remarkable. Minerals, fruit, a lily-like floral note. Long finish. Decent acids. Eye-opening for me about what dry Furmint can achieve!

Excellent vintage. Quite a bit more complex than 2014. Outstanding with sushi. 🍣

Drinks like a nice white Burgundy to me. Bright, electric acid balances the rich, buttery goodness. Citrus and jalepeno, some stone fruit. 🎉🍾 #OBX2018
