Medium reddish purple in color. Raspberries, black cherry, rose petals, and judicious oak, 32% new French oak for 16 months, are evident on the nose. On the palate, it’s mid-weight with good acidity, fine grained tannins, and 14.4% ABV. The Rosella’s vineyard, named after Gary Franscioni's wife, is a bit more restrained than the other two SLH vineyard bottlings, Gary’s and Pisoni’s vineyards.

Wonderful new Pinot with that solid Kosta style. Great job again. This was the Sonoma Coast 2014 not Rosella Vineyard.
