Pre 40th Birthday Celebration for my bride of nearly 20 years. Melka does an outstanding take on this wine. You couple this with my bride and daughter, makes this exceptional. I get decadent aromas of foot stomped black grapes-black fruits, truffles and loamy earth. The work starts on the palate. So refined and elegant yet full and detailed-pure currant, raspberry, mocha it's so massive but so tender. Finish brings round 3...intense cedar, the return of fresh raspberries and puffs of smoke. Excellent.
