Very burgundian influence and style. Refined, smoky nose, and some lees character. Pineapple, grapefruit and oak mended together very well.

In Wellington (where it is raining). This is my favorite NZ chard. Starts like grapefruit - honnori. bitter notes, then it spreads in mouth like butter & sweet finish.

17-. 2014. Fairly forward nose. Clean, indeed crisp. V good onmid-palate, M+ Lenngth. Lives up to its reviews (came top against many Brgundies a year ago).
