Zoom cooking with Paul Kahan and Sitka Salmon Shares…slow roasted Alaskan wild salmon, charred riddichio with balsamico, roasted Delicato with pomegranate and feta. Fun and filling…the wine is ripe, very young, round and brimming with cherry, baking spices and mushroom. Nice fruit forward attack… lighter texture than expected, long, warm finish. Too young to drink, but… lots of pleasure.
