Perfect amount of age on this bad boy (2009 vintage out of a 375ml split). It was just beginning to develop this umami, mushroomy flavor underneath the typical dark, dense black cherry fruit of Grenache. I need to be more patient with my wines and start drinking them 5-6 years out more often!
