Estremi Morgex et de la Salle Prié Blanc

Very interesting white. Nose features a very extroverted and intense fruitiness which I couldn't identify, but my brother -- who had recently drunk an elderberry liqueur -- immediately identified it as elderberry. So that, plus a very clean freshness. In the mouth the fruit initially is almost cloying but gives way quickly to a clean stony minerality. Long finish and good acids.
