Sancerre produced in Chablis, yet somehow cheaper than either could ever hope to be. Acid-head bargain. Viva mineralité!

Possibly the best idea of all time to plant sauv blanc in Chablis. So crisp it's almost too crisp. Great value for the price! Drink with cheese please.
