Perfect pairing with slowcooker lamb! Very good value, for 27€ we’re receiving medium(+) bodied classic Rioja, with top balance deep, layered like a good cake. From fresh black fruit thru vibe but medium acidity and firm but silky tannins to the long spicy liquor cherry finish. It’s luscious, velvety with secondary and tertiary aromas and flavors (nutmeg, toast, cedar, chocolate, tar). Drink now or enjoy later, because for sure it will last at least 10y from now. Cheers 🍷🍷
