Goat label. Goat wine was what we decided to call it. Nice dark color. Like dark plums ready for the farmers’ market. Smells like Mediterranean herbs in the rain and fermenting ripe fruits on the ground. Flavors are austere and very tart. Dry. Like dries your tongue out dry. Well not really. But plenty of tannins. Flavors are nice if a bit short and simple. It’s a food wine for a weeknight quick dinner.
