Deep purple core out to a pink to brick rim showing some age.. Nose is savory with notes of violets, leather cured meats and black cherries.. Hints of green on the palate tan is are soft and silky.. I am sure if I would decant this it would reveal more.. Just used my corivin..

Limes and under ripe grapefruit. Tart. Good acid, nice finish. Nice change up.
