Excellent, well balanced acidity for its fruit, with just a hint of sweetness while still being a dry wine. Honey, vanilla, round out the acidity.

This is definitely on the sweet side. Lots of overt fruity notes, good for spicy food, which is hard to find. Not bad for 9$, if you like sweet wines or need a sweet wine. Not my preference of sweetness.

A great Riesling also from Germany. On the nose extremely floral with a slight peachy note. On the back end I pick up a slight minerally smell as well. On the tongue, extremely light bodied with high acidity. And a slight tartness. This would go well with chips and a spicy salsa.

I would say delicate. On the sweeter side. Light and drinkable. Perfect for a hot summer afternoon.
