With a cherry red and violet edge look this wine invites you to an aroma of berries, very clean toasted wood, balsamic, mineral, and very elegant sent.

With a soft and delicate, good balance and acidity with notes of fruit and minerality the wine opens leaving a great taste in one’s mouth.

Great to pair with meat, game, fatty fish and stews; in my case I combined it with beef carpaccio.
