Terre de Vertus 1er Cru Brut Nature Champagne Chardonnay

Zéro dosage. Ripe red delicious apple dominated the nose. So pure and good. Piercing acidity but not lacking texture and roundness. Very nice!

Racy, chalky, and focused up front, melts into ripe golden pommaceous fruit, lemon, and lees. Love the clarity this has, no extra fluff about it, straight and to the point.

Intense at first, but fleshes out nice in no time at all

Powerfully aromatic- loads of apple & pear. The palate is a fantastic balance of fresh, crisp citrus, racy acidity and tense minerality. Beautiful right now, but will only get better.
