Aug 27th, 2020Open & drink & repeat. I still appreciate and enjoy this wine. Medium red, clean finish. Previously I rated the 2017 as a wine that could pair with anything...I paired the 2018 with a nice Ribeye steak. The wine was enjoyable however it was challenged by the heavy steak. I will continue drinking this wine however I will be more attentive to pair with a lighter fare.
