Shy on the nose, built around a core of juicy acidity with crunchy fresh raspberries and tart strawberries. A touch of tannins in the background and some herby tones towards the finish. Rondinella grapes from the northern side of Bardolino wine area (Monte Baldo sub-zone). Rare and particular, fresh and elegantly salty. Great for everyday meals. — 7 years ago
