I was recommended to decant it for 2 hours, but no time to wait. 30 minutes, still have a bit strong acid. 1 hour, became open and mellowed. Aroma was good from the beginning. Taste is complexity from 3 varieties of grape. Good balance as its blended ratio. @1200, Winelover, 161112-161113

久しぶりのワイン。ちょっと前のビンテージにはサンジョベーゼが入っていたが、それもなくなり国際品種のみに。味わいもボルドーチックな感じに。でも、トーンはイタリアワイン。そこがまた良い。
