Very good Niagara Riesling. Fruit is yellow/green apple, yellow plum, pear and white peach. Strong sense of inorganic minerality. High acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium complexity and medium plus finish. Dry but some noticeable RS. Excellent balance.
