Feb 5th, 2017Solid Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington State's Walla Walla Valley. Good fruit and earthiness. Clean and good production qualities. Still, something about it that makes it just a little too smooth. 2013 vintage, aided with 20 minutes and some rigorous aeration in the glass.
